Refund Policy
Every account starts with a free 14-day trial, so you can test the full product with your team before paying anything.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are not refunded for the current month. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Yearly plans
Yearly subscriptions can be refunded in full if cancelled within 14 days of the first yearly payment. After 14 days, yearly plans are not refunded, and access continues until the end of the paid year.
Removing users
If you remove users during a billing period, the reduced count applies from the next renewal. Unused user licences are not refunded mid-period.
Usage charges
WhatsApp conversation charges passed through from Meta are not refundable once messages have been sent.
How to request a refund
Send a request from the sales desk page with your account email and invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
